Prabhash, Former Pro-Vice, Chancellor and the Director, School of Social Sciences, University of Kerala,  at 3.00pm on 20th Nov. 2013 at the DLIS Hall, University Library Buildings, Trivandrum. The programme has been organized by Kerala Library Association in connection with the National Library Week 2013.
