Kerala Library Association (KLA) in collaboration with the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC), Hyderabad (under its Information Security Awareness and Education Programme (ISEA)), has organized a Half Day Workshop on “Information Security Awareness” on 1 December 2012 at the Lecture Hall, Dept of Library and Information Science, University of Kerala Thiruvananthapuram.
The Workshop was inaugurated by Dr K P Vijayakuamr, Head, DLIS, University of Kerala and presided over by Dr A. Gopikuttan, President, KLA. Mr Gnana Seelan, Project Engineer, C-DAC, Hyderabad was the Resource Person. Mr S.L.Faisal, General Secretary, KLA, offered vote of thanks.
Fifty Eight library professionals form Kerala and Tamil Nadu attended the Workshop.
